Who we are

Hi, I’m Liz Jackson-Taylor, the founder of Tech IT Forward. After over two decades leading transformation programmes, ERP implementations, and operational excellence for global businesses, I started this company with one clear goal: to make technology simple, human, and genuinely helpful.

Throughout my career — from Nestlé to ABF and Marshalls — I’ve specialised in bringing clarity to complexity. I’ve led large-scale digital transformations, built high-performing teams, and turned challenging projects into success stories by focusing on people as much as technology.

What I’ve learned is that tech works best when it empowers people. That’s why Tech IT Forward is built on a friendly, collaborative approach. I cut through jargon, simplify the process, and partner with you to create solutions that are practical, innovative, and tailored to your goals.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing drums or guitar in local bands, lifting weights at the gym, or in the garden — all things that keep me energised, collaborative, and ready for the next challenge.
