• Align ERP or digital enablers to process improvements

• Action plan (with quick wins front-loaded)
• Communication and engagement framework

• Transfer ownership and capability to internal teams
Deliverables:
• Implemented quick wins and embedded process fixes
• Leadership coaching sessions for sustainable ownership
• “Progress Playbook” — simple toolkit for sustainability
